it´s moving...!

i started drawing graphic novels and comics because of its close connection to films, cinema etc. from my first conscious thought on movies have been my strongest source of inspiration and cultural companions. a world without cinema, without "celluloid dreams" (now:"digital dreams") would be a great loss to me. a month without watching a movie has become a rare annoyance during the years.

thanks to techniques at more and more reasonable prices it has become easier to make videos and to publish them, for example, on the web. so i also move slowly forward into the always beloved universe of moving images; i started with music clips and footage-compilations, but i was able to test my abilities of professional animation work lately. and: i sense a big interest in post production coming up inside me....
here are some humble examples of my film/video/clip-work during the last 7 years:

“A film is - or should be - more like music than like fiction. It should be a progression of moods and feelings. The theme, what's behind the emotion, the meaning, all that comes later.”
Stanley Kubrick
