it´s moving...!

ich begann damit, graphic novels und comics zu zeichnen, weil mich das filmische daran interessierte. seit ich denken kann, sind filme meine größten inspirationsquellen und kulturellen wegbegleiter gewesen. eine welt ohne kino, ohne "celluloid dreams" (inzwischen wohl eher "digital dreams"), empfände ich als verlust. ein monat ohne kinobesuch ist für mich selten geworden in den letzten jahren.

dank der immer erschwinglicheren techniken, die es auch dem durchnittsverdiener ermöglichen, videofilme zu drehen und sie zb. online zu publizieren, bewege auch ich mich langsam vorwärts in die immer schon im ziel gehabte welt bewegter bilder; zuerst mit musikvideos und footage-zusammenschnitten, seit kurzem jedoch auch mit professioneller animationsarbeit, wobei mich die post production langsam weit mehr interessiert als das filmen an sich.
